Service Overview

The fees below are session rate, and the length of each session can varied depending on the needs of each individual or group. Generally, an individual session can last for about 45 to 60 minutes long, and the group session would usually last for about 40 to 50 minutes, including time for setting up and packing up.

A block of 8 to 10 sessions are available with a discount. There are also limited numbers of reduced rate spaces available for long-term clients or students. Please get in touch for more information.

Initial Meeting


30 mins | Phone Call, Online, In-person
  • A chance for us to meet up, get to know each other more, explore whether we are a good fit, and to go through practical details.
  • Depending on where you are based, additional travel expenses may apply.

Music Therapy


40-50 mins | In-person, Online |
Individual or Group Sessions
  • Music therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each individual and group, with  clear therapeutic aims or goals.  
  • The sessions may involve receptive music listening, interactive music playing, singing, songwriting, and music and movement.
  • Both improvised and/or precomposed music may be used.
  • Open to everyone regardless of musical skill level. 
  • All instruments will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own instruments.

Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT)

40-50 mins | In-person, Online | 
Individual or Group Sessions |
  • Sessions focused on applying a combination of 20 standardised NMT techniques which were base on and developed from rigid neuroscience research.
  • The intervention of the NMT techniques are also taliored to the needs of each individual and group.
  • Three major areas can be addressed through applying NMT techniques: sensorimotor, speech and language, and/or cognitive training.
  • Possible client groups include, but not limited to, people living with acquired brain injuries, stroke, aphasia, and dementia.

Supportive Music & Imagery

60 mins |  In-person, Online | 
Individual or Group Sessions
  • To support with exploration and strengthening positive resources.
  • Sessions include breathing and relaxation exercises, choosing music together, active music listening, and drawing.
  • Drawing materials included
  • An unique experience with a combination of listening to music and drawing.
  • Also known as Resource – Oriented MI.

Community Music Services

Individual or Group Sessions
  • Fun, interactive music groups for anyone who wants to spend time together with music and sounds.
  • Examples of community music groups: Singing groups and music-making / improvisation groups.
  • Music and songs used are tailored to each group and individual.

Singing for Lung Health (SFLH)

50 - 60 mins | In-person, Online | 
Individual or Group Sessions
  • Fun, interactive singing sessions with a focuse on improving and managing breathing patterns better to enhance the quality of life.
  • For anyone living with any kind of breathlessness. This could be caused by any physical and/or psychological conditions. For example: COPD, asthma, anxiety, aging, long-Covid.
  • Music and songs used are tailored to each group and individual.
